These estimates assume a set of standard engineering requirements that will differ from project to project, and do not take into account possible extra costs, such as mobilisation to extremely remote areas, variations in raw material costs such as fuel and PU components, which are approximately those available in the US at the time of publishing, or the extra costs of consultancy that may be required to comply with local legislation.
